Policy of Delivery

Shipping Policy

We employ delivery services provided by other parties, such as UPS, DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL, among others. We promise to post the item on schedule, but we are unable to accept liability for any post-delivery delays.

On working days only, our cutoff time is 1 PM GMT (Monday through Friday). There won't be a post on days when there is a national holiday or strike. Orders placed after the deadline will be shipped out the following business day.

Royal Mail offers two delivery services: Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed and Royal Mail Special Delivery. The success percentage of these services is 99%. We regretfully cannot reimburse the delivery fees in the unlikely event that the item is delivered after the scheduled time.

If an item goes missing or is misplaced, we shall file a claim by following the guidelines provided by the applicable courier service. This can take anywhere from two to six weeks, depending on the courier. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund until we hear back from the courier. Sadly, the courier company's choice is final.

Royal Mail has stopped accepting signatures since Covid. Therefore, if the signatures on your package are not correct, it was signed by the postman. Please check with your other household members and your immediate neighbors if your item appears to have been delivered but you have not received it. Usually, Evri leaves the package in a secure location and provides a photo of the delivery. If the item appears to have been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check with the tracking number.
