Returns Policy

Accessories and Variations
- Accessories might vary in color, size, or quantity due to circumstances beyond our control.  
- These variations are not considered defects. Outfits can still be returned within 14 days, but accessory differences do not qualify as a reason for return.

Cancellations and Changes
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. We only advertise available stock, and processing begins immediately after purchase.  
- Unused items can be returned within 14 days under our standard returns policy.

Online Orders Returns Period
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, travel, etc.) do not extend this period.  
- Someone else can return the item on your behalf, and home collection services are available through many delivery companies.  
- For store collection orders, the 14-day return period starts when the order is ready for pickup.

Store Collection Returns
- Online orders with store collection can be returned within 14 days of the order being ready (usually the same or next day).  
- If no notification is received due to an incorrect email, the return period starts from the order date.  
- Uncollected orders after 45 days will be discarded without a refund.

Disputed or Missing Deliveries
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately within 48 hours.  
- Check with neighbors or household members first. If the parcel is stolen, a police crime reference number is required for an insurance claim.  
- Investigations by the delivery company may take 1–4 weeks, during which refunds or replacements cannot be issued.

 Return Resolution
- Refund:

Full refunds are issued for items returned within 14 days, unused, in original condition, and with tags (if applicable). Refunds take up to 14 days after receipt. Postage costs are non-refundable.  
-Credit Note:

A credit note can be issued within 2–3 days of receiving the returned item.  
- Compensation:

No compensation is offered for inconvenience, missed events, or dissatisfaction.

Postage Costs
- Buyers cover return postage costs. Free standard delivery applies to orders over £100.  
- If a free delivery item is returned and the remaining order value falls below £100, £6 will be deducted from the refund to cover initial delivery costs.

Exchanges

- Exchanges are no longer offered. Return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

Washing Instructions
- All garments are dry-clean only. Washing at home is not recommended and is done at your own risk. Washed items cannot be returned.

Fragrances/Perfumes
- Fragrances must be returned unused and unopened. Personalized items or damaged packaging may result in a refused refund or exchange. Postage and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Outfits
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if an item arrives damaged. Do not use the garment.  
- A prepaid return label will be provided for returns via Royal Mail.  
- Items must be unused and in original condition for returns. Damages noticed after use are not eligible for returns but may qualify for free repairs.  
- Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered.

 Zero-Tolerance Policy
- Abusive behavior toward staff will not be tolerated. Accounts may be suspended for policy abuse or excessive returns.
